My Approach
I welcome those who are new to therapy, returning to therapy, or simply looking for a different kind of support—something that feels more aligned, more thoughtful, and more personal.
My work begins with listening. Not just hearing your words, but understanding your experience, your story, and the life you want to create. Many people come into therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain, or disconnected from a sense of comfort and wellbeing. Together, we take the time to explore what may be getting in the way.
