My passion is listening to you share YOUR story, YOUR experience, YOUR hopes and dreams, identifying the things that are getting in the way of living a life that is comfortable AND healthy. Then, let's look together at what change might look like, what are the benefits of healthy patterns, why would these serve you?

My holistic approach focuses not only on beliefs and thoughts but also how routines, environments and habits are impacting your growth. Exploring rhythms of your day, and all the ways you nourish your life can lead to identifying those "going through the motions" behaviors that are often maintaining stuck points.

We stick to what we know and what is comfortable, keeping the door to change shut. Therapy is a place of curiosity and of options, a place where change is considered and fostered through a therapeutic relationship that is genuine and mirrors healthy thoughts, beliefs and behavior patterns.
